One of On Site Dust Collectors rental fleet is now on tracks, in response to the increasing demand within the tunnelling and mining markets to provide dust extraction at source. The JMS 30 M-Series will shortly be operating alongside a trencher at one of Sydney’s key infrastructure. The unit is also ideally suited to work alongside surface miners, profiler, trenchers and road headers.

Originally manufactured in 2017 to operate on a skid base, the JMS 30 M-Series has undergone two key enhancements at Grydale’s new facility in Brendale.

Tracks have been added to give full mobility and control, with variable speed between 3 – 6 kph. The components and rails for the 12T tracks and undercarriage have been supplied by Tuff Stuff and are manufactured by Grydale to handle the roughest and toughest of terrains.

The electronic control system is now using the CANbus system which offers greater speed, flexibility and reliability in communication along with supporting effective remote troubleshooting and maintenance.

Capable of operating underground and above-ground this JMS 30-M Series Track unit is a highly versatile machine with variable dust loading capabilities up to 30m3/s air volume.
