Fully refurbished and now featuring our latest technology and product improvements, the Grydale JMS-60-MES is the latest unit to join the Grydale Rental fleet of mobile dust collectors. The JMS-60-MES previously provided general ventilation and dust control on the Metro Tunnel project in Melbourne, Victoria and was purchased back from the project to be refurbished at our manufacturing facilities. Last week we completed the design and manufacture of our first JMS-50-MDT - a complete dust collection system, powered by a Volvo Penta T4 Diesel Engine, mounted on a single mobile skid. The diesel engine powers a 200kW Centrifugal Exhaust Fan which creates 50m3/s @ -3.5kPa and has a filtration efficiency of 99.99% at 0.067 micron - to filter both dust and diesel particulates. Custom built from 316 Stainless Steel - the JMS 16 F-Series dust collector is ready to be installed to extract dust created at a new fertiliser bagging line facility in NSW.
