Grydale have established a dedicated service division in the UK to provide support across the UK and Europe. Individuals within our service division have all undertaken specialist training on the machines and have first-hand experience of different application environments.

We have also established spare parts store in the UK to ensure we hold stock of all critical spares to keep dust collectors operational at all times.

Pre-Hire Checks

Our experienced team provide comprehensive servicing checks on our fleet of dust collectors before they are deployed to site. This ensures they are ready to operate on arrival.

On Site Training

Training is provided when our units are delivered to site and available for the lifetime of any project for new site personnel. Online resources are also actively being developed.

Servicing and Maintenance

We recommend weekly preventative maintenance checks are performed and our service team are able to support any corrective maintenance that is required to maximise the efficiency of our fleet. Any scheduled servicing of electrical components, hydraulics, filters, compressor and safety systems required within the hire period is also actively supported by our service team.

Ongoing Support

Our dedicated service team are available 24/7 through the duration of hire to ensure any servicing and maintenance requirements are provided. Undertaking regular servicing and maintenance of our machines helps to improve their performance and maximises their up-time.
