JMS 40 M-Series. Overview.
The JMS 40 M-Series is a complete dust collection system, featuring a 335h.p. (250kW) Centrifugal Exhaust Fan mounted on a single compact mobile base to 40m3/s @ -3.5kPa.
The JMS 40 M-Series features a 1600mm single dirty air intake. There is the option to add 508mm intakes to the side of the unit, to provide dust extraction from multiple sources simultaneously.
Variable air flow control allows the JMS 40 M-Series to be used as a general ventilation machine or can get up close to extraction equipment to provide dust extraction at source.

The JMS-40-MDT (Diesel, Track) and JMS-40-MHT (Hybrid, Track) units are able to move and operate alongside excavation equipment, such as road headers, surface miners, profilers, and trenchers. Track units offer full mobility with variable speeds between 3-6 k.p.h. to increase the speed and efficiency of operations.
The JMS-40-MHS (Hybrid, Stepping System) features four hydraulic legs lift the unit up while a pair of skates help to move the unit forward/backwards. Movement can be repeated to achieve the desired travel distance.
The JMS-40-MDS (Diesel, Skid) and JMS-40-MES (Electric Skid) units can be easily moved with a crane using the four lifting lugs or dragged into position using the rigging mounts at the end of the machine. Units mounted on drag skids are perfect when dust collection needs are relatively static.

The JMS-40-MDT (Diesel, Track) and JMS-40-MDS (Diesel, Skid) uses a T4/5 Engine to power the tracks and Centrifugal Exhaust Fan, whilst hydraulics are used to power the auger and rotary valve discharge system.
The JMS-40-MHT (Hybrid, Track) uses a T4/5 Engine to power the tracks and Centrifugal Exhaust Fan, whilst hydraulics are used to power the auger and rotary valve discharge system.
The JMS-40-MHS (Hybrid, Stepping System) uses a T4/5 Engine to power the stepping system and Centrifugal Exhaust Fan, whilst hydraulics are used to power the auger and rotary valve discharge system.
The JMS-40-MES (Electric, Skid) uses 380-480V to power the Centrifugal Exhaust Fan, whilst hydraulics are used to power the auger and rotary valve discharge system.
