6m³/s Mobile, Electric, Skid Dust Collector

The JMS-6-MES mobile dust collectors were originally designed for tunnel cross passage construction and sites with restricted access.

The JMS-6-MES are complete dust collection systems featuring a dirty air intake, filter house, clean air box, silencer, exhaust, dust discharge system and centrifugal fan mounted on a single manoeuvrable skid base to create 6m³/s (12,000CFM) @ -2.5kPa.*

* Alternative centrifugal fans can be used to optimise air volume and pressure to suit site conditions and specific applications.

Mobility.  Skid.

The JMS-6-MES (6m³/s, Mobile, Electric, Skid) dust collector is a complete dust collection system mounted on a compact, skid base.

Dust collectors mounted on a skid base offer a cost-effective option when dust collection needs are relatively static. The skid can be dragged into position using the four rigging mounts at each end of the machine or moved by crane using the four lifting lugs.

When units need to be repositioned there is limited downtime in construction works as the complete unit can be moved easily.

Power.  Electric. 

The JMS-6-MES (6m³/s, Mobile, Electric, Skid) dust collector uses 380-600V to power the 37kW centrifugal exhaust fan, while hydraulics are used to power the auger and rotary valve discharge system.
